This face shield is engineered to be printed on the "FormLabs Form 2" or similar resin printers that excel in precision. It also works seamlessly on small FDM/FFF printers, which have a bed size of approximately 145 x 145 mm. The shield itself is remarkably lightweight and adaptable to all head shapes. For added security, a rubber band can be easily integrated. The clear binding covers A4 used for the foils provide essential protection for your face, while the crease on the sides safeguards against impact. Given that resins often exhibit greater brittleness than thermoplastics in FDM printers, I have incorporated an S-curve at the front to absorb bending forces. This design also accounts for the fact that resin 3D printers are frequently smaller in size, allowing the frame to securely clamp onto your head's sides. A string of any type can be used to prevent slipping issues.
