Face Shield for Z87 shields

This is a COVID-19 face shield that's easy to make and use with Z87 replacement shields, which have clear lenses and slots in them. You can purchase these visors at Grainger. The mask works well with Z87 replacement shields. Alternatively, you can use common "report" binders and 3-hole punch them, but they're usually not very clear. It's best to buy a Z87 replacement shield for a few dollars since they are crystal clear and impact-rated. We've updated the design so that it can be made with a 0.25-inch router bit. We shortened the loops in the back and enlarged the hooks to accommodate the 0.25-inch bit. While 3D printing is great, if you need large quantities, it's better to buy 3/16 plastic and use a large bed router with a 0.25-inch or smaller bit.
