Print one model at a time using 0.4mm vertical separation (10.4mm Z-offset) between models, allowing for easy layering and organization. This design does not require supports enabled as it incorporates necessary internal structures to ensure stability and structural integrity. A pair of elastic bands looped together effectively holds the model in place securely. Several factors drove my decision to create a custom mask design: I aimed to produce a lighter, faster-to-print mask that is effortless to use. To achieve this, I refined its dimensions, reducing the radius and width while increasing flexibility for improved comfort. Additionally, I relocated the hole punch "buttons" upwards to eliminate unnecessary holes in the shield. By doing so, I was able to minimize excessive marketing materials.
