In this download, you'll find a snap-together face shield designed for smaller printers (14x14cm or 5.5x5.5in). This design offers maximum strength with minimal waste. The 2.4mm thick model features exactly three perimeters on each side when printed with a 0.4 nozzle. A single-part model is also included, making it easy to print and assemble. For assembly instructions, please visit https://www.instagram.com/p/B-diCqsDZV7/. The adjustable buckle works seamlessly with standard PLA filament. Its large contact area ensures less pressure per square millimeter. To complete the design, you'll need an A4 transparent sheet and two rubber bands. Cost is approximately $2 USD or more per unit (30 grams, 1.5 hours with optimized settings). I drew inspiration from Prusas' and Creality's designs, and I'd like to extend my gratitude to them.
