Of all the iterations, this is my favorite because of the comfort, reduced print time and material. By removing the bar in the middle of the frame, it becomes more flexible and allows the frame to wrap around the head more naturally.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hello and thank you for taking a look at this new design, FSP-R4 and FSP-R6 (R6 is a one piece design). I originally designed these to be printed on a compact FDM 3d printer so If you liked the previous iteration then I think you'll be pleased with this one. R4 and R6 are more comfortable and fit a wider variety of sized noggins. The R4 also eliminates two fasteners and two shield retaining clips, which makes assembly more efficient, eliminates having to print retaining clips and uses less material. The shield itself is made of 5 mill transparency film. Note, I used a standard 3 hole punch for the outside corners. I then mounted the film to the frame of the face shield and marked the two mount tabs in the center.
