Face Shield For SMALL 3D Printers

I JUST UPLOADED A ONE PIECE DESIGN FOR THOSE WITH LARGER PRINT BEDS. Of all the iterations, this is my favorite due to its comfort, reduced print time and material usage. By removing the bar in the middle of the frame, it becomes more flexible and allows the frame to wrap around the head naturally. Hello and thank you for viewing this new design, FSP-R4 and FSP-R6 (R6 being a one piece design). I originally created these for compact FDM 3d printers so If you liked the previous iteration then I think you'll be pleased with this one. R4 and R6 are more comfortable and fit a wider range of head sizes. The R4 also eliminates two fasteners and two shield retaining clips, making assembly more efficient, eliminating the need to print retaining clips and using less material. The shield itself is made from 5 mill transparency film. Note, I used a standard 3 hole punch for the outside corners. I then mounted the film to the frame of the face shield and marked the two mount tabs in the center. I then used this completed transparency as a template for additional film.
