Laser cut face shield design for hospitals, version 2.3, is now available. Designed by Ellie Buehler and Nikki Young at Fab Lab NOLA, it's an updated version of the designs found on Thingiverse created by uLca and DrBioPhysics: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4222407 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4155735. Twelve visors can be cut from a single 24"x12" sheet of acrylic. Materials needed include: * 1/8" Acrylic for the visor * Transparency sheets available at Office Depot for the shield * 15" long elastic with holes for adjustable fit, found at Joann * Weather stripping from Home Depot for padding Assembly instructions can be found in face_shield_assembly.pdf. Change log: v1.53: Requires transparency to be glued to visor. v2.3: Transparency must have four holes punched that match four nubs on the visor, no glue required. v2.4: Visor arms redesigned by Matt Owen.
