Face shield for health workers in the corona pandemic
thingiverse
I made a model that eliminates the need for punching holes in A4 transparent sheets. It also doesn't require rubber bands. The sheet holder idea came from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4233193. To insert a sheet, simply lift the outer rim, slide it in (wide side first), and close the rim. To keep the sheet in place, staple it a few times at the top after inserting. A remixed model that requires punched sheets can be found here: https://oded.xyz/. Update: I added another version called "dual_mask" that works with both types of sheets: punched and not punched. This version also closes gaps for smoother surfaces and easier disinfection. The punched holes are done according to the attached pdf template, "dual_mask_holes-template.pdf", which is modeled after an existing design and uses non-standard punch sizes.
