This is a custom face shield designed specifically for the Btwin 500 Fluo helmet from Decathlon. The size I'm working with here is large, denoted as L. I use high-quality transparent PVC shields that measure A4 in size and have a thickness of 0.2 mm; thicker shields can also be used if needed. To assemble this face shield (please refer to the accompanying pictures for clarification): 1. Make precise holes in the shield and securely attach it to the frame. 2. Join the shade visor to the frame using three sturdy 2 mm screws. 3. Affix the central clip to the frame with a strong adhesive. 4. Remove the original shade visor from the helmet with care. 5. Attach the frame to the helmet using the side clips, ensuring a secure fit. Now you're all set! Enjoy your customized face shield in action.
