<p>Hey,</p> <p>After we have uploaded our Face Shield CS V2 you gave us great feedback.<br/> So now we present our 2pcs. and 4pcs. stacked version.<br/> We have made a 3mf file with the right settings - especially for the transition between the two Shields. With those settings, the parts come off very easily.<br/> But for everybody, who cannot use 3mf we also included an STL File.<br/> And for the guys using a different mounting system or who want to modify the model we also published an STP file of our stacked version.</p> <p>The model is still work in progress.<br/> Higher stacking is coming next :)</p> <p>UPDATE 1:<br/> Faster Print Settings, we now uploaded a 3mf file and gcode with a much faster, but still easy printable print speed.<br/> It saves 25min per pcs. -&gt; print time of ~1h per faceshield (without the reinforced bottom)</p> <p>UPDATE 2:<br/> Regarding the stacked 0.8mm nozzle - model.<br/> We have found the problems that caused the problems with the 0.8mm nozzle. Right now we have modified the normal Prusa FaceShield for 0.8mm. If it works out in the tests, we will soon publish it. Our stacked modell in 0.8mm will follow after that.</p> <p>We hope you like it.<br/> Feedback and tips are very welcome :)</p> <p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/coronasolved/">https://www.instagram.com/coronasolved/</a></p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Infill: 30%<br/> PLA or PETG, but PETG is preferred.</p> <p>For Prusa printers are 3.mf files with printing settings included. (0.4mm nozzle)</p> <p>The 3mf settings are very conservative for a nice print - you can easily increase the speed.<br/> With the very fast Prusa print settings, you can even print it in 45min. However, we think that for most people our print settings are just fine. The faster you go, the more difficult the print will get...</p>
