Face Shield CS V2 - 1h per print! - More comfortable and faster print | compatible with Prusa

<p>Hey,</p> <p>We have made an optimized face shield, which is based on the Prusa Face shield and on a face shield we use locally (Open DIY maker space), which was made with a medical team.</p> <p>This gives the user more comfort and space for glasses + it is lighter and print time is down ca 30%.<br/> The disadvantage that the model is not stackable (of the Open DIY Modell) is also solved... .</p> <p>The model is still work in progress and the next step would be a stacked version (STL File).</p> <p>UPDATE 1: stacked version:<br/> <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/30536-face-shield-cs-v2-stacked-version-easy-separation-">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/30536-face-shield-cs-v2-stacked-version-easy-separation-</a></p> <p>UPDATE 2:<br/> 3mf file with settings for Prusa MK3(s) now available for faster but save and conservative print speed.<br/> You can easily fasten up the print speed.</p> <p>UPDATE 3:<br/> Faster Print Settings, we now uploaded a 3mf file and gcode with a much faster, but still easy printable print speed.<br/> It saves 25min per pcs. -&gt; print time of ~1h per Faceshield (without the reinforced bottom)</p> <p>We hope you like it.<br/> Feedback and tips are very welcome :)</p> <p><a href="https://www.instagram.com/coronasolved/">https://www.instagram.com/coronasolved/</a></p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Infill: 30%<br/> PLA or PETG, but PETG is preferred.<br/> Printable in under 1h</p> <p>The 3mf settings are very conservative for a nice print - you can easily increase the speed.<br/> With the very fast Prusa print settings, you can even print it in 45min. However, we think that for most people our print settings are just fine. The faster you go, the more difficult the print will get...</p>
