Face Shield - COVID19 Local Response Task Force Approved
thingiverse
This is the design approved by our local COVID-19 Infectious Disease Response Task Force. They specified a closed top and no pegs or holes in the shield, aiming for a production capacity of thousands per day. Their initial order calls for 950 units. We're utilizing these non-adhesive sheets (https://amzn.to/3dCUqyE) as is, without modification. For securing them, we'll be using velcro straps (https://amzn.to/3bzjSTP), as requested by the Task Force. The assembly process can be found in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VHblPYw9Js). We're also coordinating with other 3D printer operators through this link.
