Face Shield Clip FSC1 for Surgical Headlight
thingiverse
The combination of face shields and surgical headlights poses a challenging issue. Misalignment problems arise when attempting to position the lamp between the eyes. If the face shield is placed in front of the lamp, glare may become an unsettling distraction. FCS1 can be secured onto surgical headlights using hook-and-loop fasteners (12x150mm). To prevent fogging on the shield, a polyurethane foam bar (200x30x20mm) can be used to increase the distance between the headlamp and forehead. A transparency film (with adhesive thickness 0.15-0.3mm) is inserted into the clips. A recess for the lamp mount can be cut as needed. Note: This item does not qualify as a medical device, nor has it been approved by regulatory authorities. Additional use of PPE like N95 Respirators is recommended.
