This prototype is designed for individuals who must remain in constant service contact with numerous others during the COVID-19 pandemic, such as bus drivers, police officers or grocery store employees. However, this doesn't mean that doctors, dentists, and other healthcare professionals are excluded from using them. The face shield has been validated by an infectious disease specialist and over 400 units have already been printed and donated.
