Face Shield (3 holes punch), 3/8" elastic strap

This face shield was engineered to accommodate 3/8-inch elastic straps while remaining relatively easy to mold using two-part plastics and silicone-based molds. You can utilize a standard, commercially available 8.5 x 11 inch transparency projector sheet and a three-hole puncher to create the holes (offset 4 5/8 inches from the center). To enhance wearer comfort, you can attach a piece of one-half-inch weather-strip into the central area in contact with the face. Any cyanoacrylate glue will suffice for this task.
