Design Prints Fairly Quickly, Is Pretty Light on Material Use, and Is Fairly Tolerant for Poorly Calibrated 3D Printers. Includes Two A4 Overhead Projector Sheet Templates. One is a Large Visor the Other is for That Sleeker Sporty Look for Hitting the Town Trying to Avoid Catching Corona Not Your Ex-Lover on Your Toilet-Paper Raiding Expedition. Print Out the Template, Make a Cross Cut in Each of the 4 Holes Over a Soft Surface, Run a Pen Through the Hole to Make It More Round and Attach It as Shown. First Push the Two Innermost Holes Through, Then Push the Two Outer Holes Through. Now Slide the Visor Forward. Has a Flat Bottom for Increased Bed Adhesion. Sanitation Note: Depending on Porosity of the 3D Print, Printing in ABS and Sealing the Layers with Acetone Is the Best Way to Keep It Clean After Each Use. Sometimes I Also Use Super Glue to Make Non-ABS 3D Prints Watertight. An One Hour 65°C Dishwasher Cycle on ABS Parts Works Fine. Parts in ABS Probably Won't Hold in Autoclave Temperatures >90°C Due to Deformation. ABS Doesn't Tolerate a Certain Amount of Bleach So the Dishwashing Machine or Hand-Washing with Soap and Water Is the Recommended Approach. Use at Your Own Risk I Accept No Liability for Anything.
