THIS THING IS A WORK IN PROGRESS, PROOF OF CONCEPT -- we are documenting our work here to share what progress we have made and to solicit feedback and get more input. NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. With the healthcare industry facing a dire supply shortage, we're receiving many requests from healthcare professionals and institutions about 3D-printed equivalents of N95 masks. As news spreads, many other 3D printers are also getting similar requests. This design combines 3D printing and Vacuum Forming for higher throughput and potentially better face seal quality. We use the Mayku for vacuum forming and have found PETG sheets to work best (same PETG sheet used in many Face Shield designs). In the background, we're printing Door Grabbers!
