Face Mask

I've decided to create my own 3D-printed N95 mask after discovering that they're not readily available in the healthcare system. While researching online, I came across two 3D printable designs that caught my attention: Montana Mask and La-Factoria Mask. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, which I aimed to address by making some adjustments. I chose to use La-Factoria as a starting point and made several modifications to accommodate a larger filter (2 x 2 inches) and a filter box similar to the one used in Montana's design. Additionally, I reduced the mask's size for smaller faces while maintaining the same filter opening dimensions (2 x 2 inches). I took inspiration from the filter port/box of Montana's mask but found it inconvenient that the filter needed to be replaced from inside the mask. To address this issue, I enlarged the filter box to accommodate both pre-filters and filters, including Hepa or pleated filters with any MERV value. In essence, my design is a hybridized version of Montana Mask and La-Factoria Mask, combining their best features into one effective solution.
