Fits any straw with a 1/4-inch diameter. Cut a small opening in your mask. Push the part with the port through it. Secure the plate atop that. Sew together to seal the mask tightly. Replace the lid. I haven't tried washing it yet, but I believe washing it on cold water (remove the cap first) and letting it air-dry will work just fine.
