Human: Improvement on Prusa Design at https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/26567#_ga=2.114275975.1690112680.1586542353-1810392968.1585786259 This revised design eliminates weak clips and uses slots for secure attachment. To attach, simply slide the strip onto the face mask from the front side, fold the mask over the strip, and custom fit if desired by heating under hot water or scaling to achieve a larger or smaller nose shape. The updated design provides an enhanced seal on simple surgical masks. Version 2 features one fewer slot for added strength at the ends. Version 2.1 offers further thickening of the strip for improved stability. Version 3 removes center slots and adopts a medium thickness, allowing users to thread two slots, fold the mask over the clip, and secure it against their face. I highly recommend the Version 3 design due to its simple and stable functionality. Version 4 incorporates wider end posts as per user requests. A flat print strip is also available for those seeking faster production methods. This design requires users to thermally form the strip to fit their nose, using caution to avoid burns when softening PLA with a hair dryer or dipping in hot water. For even faster results, consider printing the strip as a "skeleton" or infill-exposed print by setting 4 walls, 20% grid infill, and an infill line multiplier of 3.
