Let's make this crystal clear: I'm not making any claims that this mask will shield you from a single virus. Print with at least three walls, and keep in mind it's designed for 2.4 mm settings on a 0.4 nozzle. I printed mine in PLA, but choose the material you think is best based on your expertise. Filters should be trimmed to fit, as there aren't any standard sizes that work perfectly. You'll have room to add activated carbon if you can get it - just remember this is speculation, not fact. Some people swear by vacuum cleaner bags as a filter material, but again, this isn't proven. Update: I uploaded the S3D TPU profile and reference images to my settings on March 30th. I'm working on getting the Main Body printed in TPU, and I'll be sharing a video with updates soon.
