I'm remixing Creality's buckle concept to provide relief for ears during extended face mask wear, particularly helpful during the current COVID-19 outbreak. Printed with a PETG 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height, this design offers flexibility while maintaining resistance. Updated on October 4th: A user reported that Makerware printed the buckle's halves separately, causing it to break under stress. I joined the parts in Fusion360 and re-exported the STL to prevent this issue. Thanks to everyone for their kind comments and tips!
