4/11/2020, Just uploaded a folder with all the necessary files for a horizontal design: part, step, ig, stl - same dimensions as before without that 10 degree angle. I made this available since some medical staff preferred a flat design over the angled one. I uploaded a Solidworks part file if you want to modify it; it's designed to fit most people.
