This is a medical face mask designed for mass production on a CNC laser printer. Its dimensions allow it to also be printed on smaller printers, with the largest part measuring 184mm x 74mm. CNC laser cutters can efficiently produce numerous parts from a single 4mm plastic sheet. The design prioritizes maximizing space by stacking as many parts as possible within a given area. My friend Yaron and I did not create this mask from scratch. Instead, we retrofitted the original single-piece frame into several smaller components that can be quickly assembled in just a few seconds.
