Face Mask ear protection

Everyone at my hospital is suffering from ear pain due to the cheap loop style procedure masks we're using. I've taken note of the design from multiplxd, but unfortunately, it was too long to easily print on my printer and most people seemed to not need that length. Additionally, it took a bit longer to print than expected and wasn't very flexible either. I've come up with a new design that's more flexible and shorter in length, which means it's no longer adjustable. I've attached the design file from fusion and an STL for your reference. Please let me know if anyone has any feedback or ideas for improvement. When slicing this model, keep in mind that I designed it with a 0.08mm layer thickness in mind.
