Everything is 3D printed with TPU by Dr. K Kwong. Total print time: 1 hour and 10 minutes at 35mm/s. A full mask, no air leaks have been detected so far, but to test for any air leaks, try exhaling a bit harder than usual and feel where the air is leaking. Any air leaks are a source of dirty air entry. Another goal here is to print everything without needing to go out and buy anything except the filtering material.
