The Face Mask features an interchangeable filter design, while the lower portion is crafted from thermoset plastic. The upper cover and mask components are made of thermoplastic material. The filter media can be easily cut out from readily available MERV-13 rated materials that effectively block the Covid-19 virus. I am currently working on integrating a custom vent valve into the lower part of the face mask design.
