Wash hands thoroughly before use. Place a thin layer of cotton in the center of the mask, then cover it with another sheet. Secure with screws. Next, submerge the entire mask in warm water for 5-7 minutes or until soft and pliable. Remove from water and gently mold to fit face shape.
