In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we've developed a 'universal adult female' version of FaceMatch. This is the outcome of blending numerous individual facial maps together, allowing us to create an average appliance. So far, the fit has been surprisingly good on different adult men, thanks in part to the stretchy nature of TPU rubber. The model for the Adult Male can be found here: Face mask appliance. We're now working on a children's version with no restrictions or intellectual property claims. For this project, we require TPU materials, which is why we've been using NinjaFlex mostly.
