In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have created a 'universal adult male' version of the FaceMatch. This is the outcome of combining numerous individual facial maps. This process allowed us to create an average appliance that fits surprisingly well on different adult men. The stretchy nature of TPU rubber undoubtedly plays a significant role. We are currently working on an adult female and child versions as well. Material requirements include TPU, which we primarily use NinjaFlex for.
