Face Mask

Filter - I highly recommend utilizing a house filter that has been thoroughly raided to effectively screen out virus carriers. A single filter can produce a substantial quantity of mask filters. To create a mask filter, you will need approximately 1.5 inches by 1.5 inches of filter material. Mask prints typically take around 2.5 hours to complete, whereas cartilage prints usually require only about half an hour, or 0.5 hours. I have discovered that the best results are achieved when using ABS for printing purposes. This allows for greater flexibility in scaling parts for a more comfortable print. It is essential to print as many masks as possible, and I am doing so not only for my family but also specifically for the "Essential Work Force" - namely, grocery clerks who interact with nearly everyone in their community and are woefully under-equipped with proper PPE.
