Face gear and helical pinion

Initially, the pinion was created using standard helical gear design techniques. By calculating the conjugate point for a multitude of flank surface areas, the face gear was derived from the pinion. This method ensures that the face gear's flank surface is precisely fitted over these points, resulting in an accurate, geometrically exact face gear with no approximation.
