A rare ancient face from an Egyptian coffin dating back to the Third Intermediate Period now resides in the San Antonio Museum of Art, specifically accession number L.2015.27. Crafted with meticulous detail, this incredible relic was meticulously recreated through a process involving forty photographs taken with a Canon EOS Rebel T3i digital camera. Utilizing Metashape 1.5.1 software, these images were skillfully merged to produce a stunning digital representation of the artifact. The photographer captured the face in September of 2016, bringing this ancient relic into the modern world for our appreciation and study.
