Face mask printing is a go using PLA or PETG. For actual shielding, I got clearance to use 10mil Acetate or PVC sheeting in A4 size from TTH. The face portion must protrude 2 inches beyond the chin and extend 2 inches above the frame; please verify with your local hospital first.
