Air filtration face mask with a removable filter component. Simply install two 3mm screws to secure the filter between the grid and the mask's face. Rubber bands are also necessary to fit snugly behind the ears. The face part is divided, allowing for easy printing with soft rubber-like materials. Testing has shown that TPU works well, but other flexible materials will likely be suitable too. Alternatively, you can print the entire mask from flex material, although this process may take longer and requires additional support materials. The filtration grade depends on the chosen filter material, ranging from cotton to advanced nanopolymer fibers. Four hooks are strategically placed for attaching rubber bands that secure the mask comfortably in place.
