Note the 4-6-2020 update adds a 50 mm extension to the original design, providing two sizes for users to choose from. This remix of the Creality face mask buckle has been adapted for TPU filament and includes an Autodesk Inventor file for customization. Unlike the original STL file, this version allows users to make adjustments as needed. The original design was likely intended for printing with PLA or ABS as a disposable unit, but I've modified it to create a reusable mask that can be easily sterilized with a spray bottle and 70% isopropanol. After printing about 30 units of this design, I discovered that it was intended for someone with a smaller head size than mine. As a result, I created an alternative version called Comfort Buckle, which is 50 mm longer and designed to be printed from ABS filament. The new design maintains the same thickness dimensions as the Creality buckle but provides a more comfortable fit for users with larger heads.
