A toolless PCB holder is specifically designed for the FABtotum hybrid bed, focusing on its milling side. The holder supports small 2mm pins that are used to align the top and bottom layers of the PCB when milling both sides simultaneously. The only non-printed component is a M4 screw with a hex head. To have a complete set, you will need two pin_holder_right parts, two pin_holder_left parts, four self_locking_nut parts, and four screw_holder parts. When inserting the holders, tighten the nuts until the screw requires just half a circle to secure or release it. Print Settings: Printer: FABtotum Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 85 Post-Printing: Demonstration How I Designed This All parts are needed for a single holder. Screw installation is required. Two (left/right) assembled holders must be created.
