Fabtotum 4th axis/feeder support

This is an optional upgrade to secure the 4th axis of the FABtotum system, allowing for easier feeder testing. The attachment offers a shorter Bowden tube linking the feeder and head, ensuring a stable structure during tests. Users gain permanent access to the "feeder engage" button without interference. Based on published STEP files imported into FreeCAD, this add-on is designed to be flexible. To attach, the M6 nut/bolt pair can be accommodated for enhanced stability but it is not a requirement. There are two design options: an open slot and closed version. For simplicity, I chose the closed version with PLA material, eliminating support structures. If desired, you may opt for the open slot version or customize the design according to your preferences by tweaking the FreeCAD files available in the source code.
