Here's the spun content: The user needs an exactly 125mm long bar designed to perfectly fit a standard 12V LED light strip. This clip must be compatible with the 4mm thick acrylic frame of the Turnigy Fabricator 3D 3D printer. To power 250mm of LEDs, two such clips were employed in the attached images. Print Settings Utilized: Printer: - The machine used was a Turnigy Fabrikator 3D. Raft Configuration: - This option can be ignored. Support Generation: - There's no need for any support structures to be printed with this part. Layer Height and Resolution: - .2mm thick layers were selected. Infill Percentage: - An infill percentage of 30% was chosen. Special Printing Notes: I chose to print the clips using ABS as a way to incorporate some elasticity into the design. Post-Printing Processing LED Mount Surface Preparation: I employed fine-grit sandpaper with a 220 grit rating on the LED-facing surface, smoothing it out for better adhesion with the pre-applied adhesive strip of the LEDs.
