This design is a modification of several similar designs. It is designed for a specific dimensioned fabric tape measure: Tape Length: 96 inches (2440 mm) Tape Width: 15 mm Tape Thickness: 0.45 mmThe main body was designed to be printed-in-place. The lid is a separate print. Gorilla Super Glue Gel was used to glue the lid to the main body (align the big opening of the lid with the big opening of the main body).Many of the other designs I have looked at have a single peg used to rewind the tape. I felt that rewinding the tape with that design wouldn't work great since the peg is too close to the center. I designed the main body so as to have two oblong pegs which make rewinding much easier.
