Fabric sofa set 3D model

I'm using Blender to create models, then I apply PBR textures in Substance Painter. The subdivided sofa set is from my house floor plan project and sits on the ground of my living room. It includes two sofas, with two sets of 4K texture options available for use. I avoided complex materials, making it easy to replicate these results using other rendering software - just apply the textures and render as usual. I noticed some overlapping UV maps in certain parts but mostly they are separate. The scale used is real-world and adheres to the metric system, ensuring accurate proportions. I placed both object origins at the center of their respective meshes for easier navigation. These sofas use only polygonal quads; there are no triangles or NGONs included. Textures come in four types per sofa set: base color (4096x4096), metallic (4096x4096), normal (4096x4096), and roughness (4096x4096) images are available for both the regular and smaller sofas.
