Fabric Sofa Low-poly 3D model

Here are some additional details. The sofa and textures were made in blender, then textured using substance painter with physically-based rendering (pbr) textures. This is a fabric sofa model from my current house floor plan project. Included are the sofa mesh and one pbr texture set. Simple materials in blender make it easy to replicate these results with other renderers by just applying the given textures.
