To make it easy to sew long folded hems, tape this folder to the bed of your sewing machine, in front of the presser foot. Feed the fabric into the folder so that it folds twice, then put the folded material under the foot. Begin sewing, keeping the fabric fed into the folder. Curves are possible. Start with scrap cloth until you master it. This folder makes a 1/2" (12mm) folded hem. This folder will handle canvas weight fabric or thinner fabric. Print the model with the narrow end up. Because of the vertical orientation, you may need to add supports, or slow down the print.
