My bride says "The coffee is a lot better when made in a fabric filter". Our earlier support broke, and I have some T Slot profiles... So I design this support, the circular piece holds the filter, square parts are for mounting 20mm T slots. She told me to make a modular support for better cleaning and other reasons. As our old support broke, I decided to build a new one using some aluminum profiles that I had lying around. The idea behind the support is to hold the filter in place with a circular piece and use the square parts for mounting 20mm T slots on the body of the support. She asked me to create a detachable part because it would be more practical for cleaning and storing. Based on our usage, I made each foot 300 mm tall but you can adjust according to your needs. Printer Settings: Printer: Custom Large 3DR Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 15% Notes: The T slot 20mm profile fits very tightly into the square part, but it's a perfect fit. A hammer can help with installation. The square connections between the foot and circle parts are snug, which is what I wanted since I don't like them to come loose when I'm making coffee. I printed these with a 0.5mm nozzle. To print: Three "Profile Clip for Filter" One "Coffee Filter Support 3" Aluminum profiles fit perfectly into the clips but stay firmly in place, which is correct. Some hits with a hammer can help. The clips also fit tightly into the support, which was the idea – I don't want them to come loose while making coffee.
