This device is designed to securely fasten fabric to surfaces ranging from 0.75" to 1" thick. I'm currently utilizing it to hold a piece of denim in place against the opening of a cabinet featuring 0.75" plywood walls. The clip's flexibility allows it to expand, accommodating thicker materials, but thinner fabrics may not stay securely fastened. Print Settings: Printer: Sunhokey Prusa i3 2015 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: I've only printed this device with 100% infill, but I believe a lower infill percentage would still be effective.
