FabLab U. de Chile FaceShield
prusaprinters

A printable face shield for the Corona outbreak, based on the Prusa initiative, you can get more info at https://github.com/FabLabUChile/fabuchile-face-shield

This design doesn't involve modifying the commercial parts nor the printed headband.

Edit 04/22
Added version 5 of the headband. The new version improves the comfortability in the usage, with wide open, almost paralel side bands, with a stronger structure to prevent breaking under strong undesirable forces. We also added some minor improvements for stack printing
We upload a 4 headbands stacked stl file with 0.2mm gap between each headband.

Edit 04/06
Added version 4. We made the frontal fit a little thicker because some users told us that it was too fragile and didn't support the plastic sheet as supposed to.

Edit 04/02
Added version 3 of the faceshield. We made a curve for reducing the pressure on the side of the head. v2 files were moved to v2 folder.

Edit 04/01
Added version 2 of the face shield, the lateral fits are smaller so it prints faster. v1 files were moved to v1 folder.
