The Navy rejected a hot rod because it lacked two engines and two crew members, making the F4 Phantom II the preferred choice. The remaining prototypes were repurposed by NASA due to their exceptional performance capabilities. A scale model of this aircraft was created in full dimensions using Blender 2.79b software, then scaled down to 1/100 for the .stl file format. Next, the design was reduced to 35% in size through a slicer program.
