F800GS Fork Oil Seal Driver

Quick and dirty oil seal driver for a BMW F800GS up to 2013. This is for the 45mm forks, will not work with the 43mm WP forks. I believe the seal is 45x58x14ish. Print in place, with the narrow end facing up. There is a .2mm gap between the two halves and should print as two pieces. I printed mine with a brim to hold it all down and the halves separated perfectly. Wrap both halves around the fork slider, with the narrow end pressing on the oil seal and give it some taps around driving the seal in evenly. When the driver is flush with the stanchion it should be at the perfect depth to put in the spring clip. I printed mine at 50% cubic infill and it was plenty strong with just PLA using a deadblow mallet to smack it with.
