F5D prop spinner (29.6mm)

I've designed a spinner cap for my F5D contest model, the Fornication5D, specifically for folding props that measure 11x21 inches. However, this design can be adapted for use with other folder props as well. The spinner is engineered to accommodate a blade distance of 26mm (X), a hub height of 11mm, and hub blade angles ranging from -3 to +5 degrees (Z). An example drawing of the hub I use on my F5D models has been attached. It's essential that the hub be machined from high-strength alloy. The spinner cap is the only printed component; the hub slides into it from the side and is secured with CA. The motor drive shaft must center both the hub and the cap, ensuring it's long enough for this purpose. I've tested the part up to 12k rpm, but higher speeds may damage the part. Additionally, varying materials, print quality, and other factors can result in a print that differs significantly from mine. It may break, releasing sharp parts that could cause harm to you or others. Conduct safe tests to ensure it will withstand your intended use before attaching it to a plane and flying. Please note that I'm not liable for any injuries, physical damage, or misuse of these files/planes, regardless of how they're used.
