I fabricated the mounting plate with precision, ensuring it fit perfectly into place. Upon integrating GPS technology into my Flame wheel, I opted to merge it seamlessly into the plate, positioning the device 4 cm above the base. Print Settings: Printer: Pruse i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 5% Notes: To achieve optimal infill on the mounting plate, I utilized 12 bottom layers and a 5% infill density, resulting in a hollow mount design. The print material used was PLA, which performed comparably to ABS, with little noticeable difference in performance between the two materials.
