NEW NOTE June 17, 2016: STL models are measured in Millimeters, which can cause them to appear tiny when imported into a slicer. I forgot that because I use Makerware, which automatically detects this issue and prompts me to scale it up. One inch is equal to 25.4 millimeters, so if the model appears super tiny, you can resize it from mm to inches by uniformly scaling it (scaling in all directions, X, Y, and Z) by 2540%. Simple top cage for DJI Flame Wheel 450 quadcopter or its imitations protects electronics and provides a convenient mounting point for FPV antenna. It also makes a good place to secure wires for strain relief. Instructions: Print Part1 and Part2. Snap two parts together at 90 degrees as shown in the photo. Attach to quadcopter arms with zip ties. Note: The slots where the two parts connect at the top are intentionally tight to avoid vibration. You may need to slightly trim the insides of the slots by sanding or with a knife. Print Settings: It worked well for me at 40% fill with two shells. If you like it, please click the "heart" button and leave a comment. Thanks! PS: The KK2.1 flight controller case you see in the pictures is posted on Thingiverse by "rcmanchild". It works great!
